Traditional, Uncoated Bakeware
Before use, wash the pan with hot soapy water. Do not use scouring pads, steel wool or abrasive cleaners. This product is Dishwasher Safe, however hand-washing is recommended to extend product life.
Pan will gradually darken with use. This normal process will enhance the baking performance of pan.
Non-stick Bakeware
Before use, wash the pan with hot soapy water. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on non-stick surfaces. Usually a soft sponge or a kitchen brush will remove baked-on food particles. Sometimes it may be necessary to scrub lightly. This product is Dishwasher Safe, however hand-washing is recommended to extend product life.

NOTE: The following specialty pans in Chicago Metallic line are uncoated and the Use & Care of Commercial II™ Traditional, Uncoated Bakeware should be followed: Biscotti Pan, Uno™ Deep Dish Pizza Set, Mini Cheesecake Pan and Crème Brulee Set.
