Ingredients:
4 pork chops
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
For Glaze:
¾ cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
- In saucepan, mix together all ingredients for the glaze. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Reserve.
- Rub both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Brush the pork chops with the glaze.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes. Baste pork chops every 10 minutes with glaze.
- Serve any remaining glaze with pork chops.
