Ingredients:
3lbs pork back ribs
1 (8oz.) jar honey
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons bay seasoning
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon celery salt
½ cup dark brown sugar
1 medium onion, finely chopped
12oz. barbecue sauce
¼ cup white sugar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- To create paste, mix together all ingredients.
- Coat front and back of ribs with the paste and place into large roasting pan.
- Cover pan with foil and bake for about 60 minutes. Turn the ribs a couple times during cooking.
