Ingredients:
2 cups captain crunch cereal
1 ½ cups corn flakes
½ cup flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 egg whites
1 cup milk
2lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix together the flour, onion powder and garlic powder and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix egg whites and milk. Set aside.
- Mix cereal and corn flakes together and crush into fine mixture.
- Dip chicken into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
- Bake for 20 minutes, turning the chicken once after 10 minutes.
