Ingredients:

2 cups captain crunch cereal

1 ½ cups corn flakes

½ cup flour

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

2 egg whites

1 cup milk

2lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. 
  2. Mix together the flour, onion powder and garlic powder and set aside. 
  3. In another bowl, mix egg whites and milk. Set aside. 
  4. Mix cereal and corn flakes together and crush into fine mixture. 
  5. Dip chicken into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs. 
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, turning the chicken once after 10 minutes.
