Ingredients:
2/3 cup picante sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 ½ cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 green onions, chopped
6 flour tortillas
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix together chicken, picante sauce, cumin, oregano, cheese and onions.
- Spoon ¼ cup of chicken mixture onto center of each tortilla.
- Fold sides and roll up. Place seam side down on baking sheet.
- Brush rolled tortillas with melted margarine and bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
