Ingredients:

2/3 cup picante sauce

1 teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed

1 ½ cups chopped cooked chicken

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

2 green onions, chopped

6 flour tortillas

2 tablespoons margarine, melted

 

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix together chicken, picante sauce, cumin, oregano, cheese and onions.
  3. Spoon ¼ cup of chicken mixture onto center of each tortilla.
  4. Fold sides and roll up.  Place seam side down on baking sheet.
  5. Brush rolled tortillas with melted margarine and bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
