Ingredients:

½ tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

½ tsp celery seed

⅛ tsp sage

8 prunes

1 onion (halved)

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine seasonings together and rub evenly over the meat.
  3. Put the meat in 13 x 9” roasting pan and place prunes around it. Add some water and the onion to the pan.
  4. Roast the meat uncovered.
