Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons honey
1-2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon freshly ground ginger
2-4 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 -1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
- Place chicken breasts in non-stick baking pan.
- Combine honey, mustard, water, ginger, garlic and cayenne pepper in small bowl.
- Pour over chicken breasts. Pick up breast slightly so that mixture gets underneath them.
- Season with salt and pepper and bake in a 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
