Ingredients:
1 (1 ¼ ounce) package taco seasoning mix
8 oz. apricot jam
12 oz. salsa
1 1/2lbs chicken, about 4 to 6 breasts
Directions:
- Set oven to 350°.
- Put all ingredients into baking pan and turn chicken to coat.
- Bake until juices run clear, about 20-30 minutes.
