Ingredients:
1 lb scallops or small shrimp
1 4 oz can mushroom and stems
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp powdered mustard
Cayenne pepper (dash)
2 cups milk
2 tbsp parsley
Cheese (grated)
Paprika
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cook scallops (or shrimps) and fry mushrooms in butter.
- Mix flour and seasonings together and add milk until it thickens.
- Add the scallops (or shrimps) and parsley to milk mixture.
- Pour into buttered pan and sprinkle the grated cheese and paprika on top.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
