Ingredients:

1 lb scallops or small shrimp

1 4 oz can mushroom and stems

¼ cup butter

¼ cup flour

1 tsp salt

½ tsp powdered mustard

Cayenne pepper (dash)

2 cups milk

2 tbsp parsley

Cheese (grated)

Paprika

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cook scallops (or shrimps) and fry mushrooms in butter.
  3. Mix flour and seasonings together and add milk until it thickens.
  4. Add the scallops (or shrimps) and parsley to milk mixture.
  5. Pour into buttered pan and sprinkle the grated cheese and paprika on top.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
