Ingredients:
1 cup rice (cooked and drained)
½ lb cheddar cheese (sharp and grated)
2 cups shrimp (cooked)
4 eggs (separated)
¾ cup milk
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp onion salt
¼ tsp dill weed
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix together rice, cheese and the shrimp.
- Combine egg yolks and milk and mix in with rice mixture.
- Season with pepper, onion salt, and dill.
- Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
- Pour into greased pan and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
