Ingredients:
1 lb ziti pasta
4 cups Marinara sauce
8 oz fresh Mozzarella (shredded)
½ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese (grated)
1 lb Ricotta cheese (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Boil water in pot and salt it. Add the pasta and cook until pasta is just undercooked. Drain.
- Put pasta in baking pan and add 2 cups marinara sauce, 4 oz Mozzarella and ¼ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and mix until blended. (Add Ricotta cheese if desired).
- Top with leftover sauce and cheeses.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
