Ingredients:

1 lb ziti pasta

4 cups Marinara sauce

8 oz fresh Mozzarella (shredded)

½ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese (grated)

1 lb Ricotta cheese (optional)

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Boil water in pot and salt it. Add the pasta and cook until pasta is just undercooked. Drain.
  3. Put pasta in baking pan and add 2 cups marinara sauce, 4 oz Mozzarella and ¼ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and mix until blended. (Add Ricotta cheese if desired). 
  4. Top with leftover sauce and cheeses.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
