Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

1 (8 ounce) package elbow macaroni

1 (8 ounce) packaged shredded Cheddar cheese

1 (12 ounce) container small curd cottage cheese

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper

1 cup dry bread crumbs

¼ cup butter, melted

 

 

Directions:

  1. Bring pot of water to boil, add macaroni, and cook through.  Drain.
  2. In baking pan, mix together macaroni, cheeses, sour cream, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs and melted butter.  Sprinkle on top of macaroni mixture.
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in 350° oven, until top is golden brown.
