Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups marinara sauce
1 pack refrigerated cheese ravioli (20 oz)
1 box frozen spinach (chopped and thawed)
8 oz part skim mozzarella (shredded)
¼ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Pour ¼ cup of marinara sauce onto bottom of pan.
- Place ½ of ravioli on pan followed by more sauce.
- Sprinkle the spinach and ½ of the mozzarella. Repeat and then top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
