Ingredients:
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
2 lbs of fish, shrimp or flounder (cooked)
1 lb lasagna noodles
Grated Cheese (any kind)
Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook the lasagna noodles
- Add the 2 lbs of fish, shrimp or flounder to the cream of mushroom soup.
- Grease pan and pour a little amount of sauce onto bottom. Add noodles, sauces, grated cheese and shredded Mozzarella.
- Repeat step 4 and finish with Mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
