Ingredients:

1 large can cream of mushroom soup

2 lbs of fish, shrimp or flounder (cooked)

1 lb lasagna noodles

Grated Cheese (any kind)

Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles
  3. Add the 2 lbs of fish, shrimp or flounder to the cream of mushroom soup.
  4. Grease pan and pour a little amount of sauce onto bottom.  Add noodles, sauces, grated cheese and shredded Mozzarella.
  5. Repeat step 4 and finish with Mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
