Ingredients:
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 6oz. can tomato paste
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 ¾ cup water
2 eggs
15oz. ricotta cheese
½ teaspoon salt
1 10oz package of frozen chopped spinach, thaw and drain
½ cup grated parmesan
½ lb sliced mozzarella
Uncooked lasagna noodles
Directions:
- Empty jar of spaghetti sauce into pan and add paste, sauce and water.
- Beat until blended and set aside.
- Beat eggs in a large bowl and add ricotta, spinach, salt and ¼ cup of parmesan cheese.
- Lightly grease pan.
- Cover with a little sauce and layer noodles.
- Add half the cheese and spinach mixture along with half of the tomato sauce.
- Repeat layers.
- Sprinkle with ¼ cup parmesan.
- Cover with lightly greased sheet of aluminum foil.
- Bake in preheated 350° oven for 60 minutes. Cook until noodles are tender.
- Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
