Ingredients:
12-18 large pasta shells, cooked
1lb ground beef
3 tablespoons taco seasoning
½ cup water
1 chopped onion
1 ½ cup salsa
1 cup grated cheese
24 ounces tomato sauce
Chili powder, to taste
Green onion, for garnish
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain.
Add seasoning, water, onion, ½ cup salsa, and ¼ cup cheese.
In a separate bowl, mix together remaining salsa, tomato sauce, and chili powder.
On the bottom of a 9 x 12 pan, spread a thin layer of sauce.
Fill each pasta shell with ground beef mixture and place in baking pan.
Pour the remaining sauce on top and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
Garnish with green onion. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
