Ingredients:
2 ½ to 3 cups roast beef (diced)
½ cup onion (chopped)
1 cup gravy (beef or brown)
2 tbsp dry white wine
¼ tsp thyme (dried and crumbled)
¼ tsp rosemary (dried and crumbled)
Garlic powder
½ to 1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Beef broth or water
2 cups mashed potatoes (seasoned)
2 tbsp butter
1 egg
½ to 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Chop up beef and onion. Add gravy, wine, and seasonings. If mixture somewhat dry, add the broth or water.
- Spread beef mix in baking pan.
- Combine mashed potato with butter and egg. Spread all over meat mix in pan. Top with cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
