Ingredients:
1lb lean ground beef
1 (10oz.) packaged shredded cabbage
1 carrot, grated
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
20-30 egg roll wrappers
1 egg
Non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
- In large skillet, brown ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a large bowl, mix together carrot and cabbage. Add ground beef to bowl.
- Let mixture sit for 15 minutes, so cabbage will soften.
- Beat the egg in small bowl to create wash for rolls.
- Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons of beef mixture onto middle of each roll.
- Fold egg roll using directions provided on packaging. Brush with egg while folding to seal.
- Put egg rolls onto cookie sheet and spray with cookie spray. Bake for 15 minutes in a 425° oven, until golden and crispy.
