Ingredients:
2 (8oz) packages reduced-fat crescent rolls
8oz light cream cheese, at room temperature
2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/3 – ½ cup scallions, finely chopped
½ cup ham, finely diced
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
- Unroll each tube of crescent rolls in 2 large squares, 4 in total.
- Beat cream cheese, sour cream and mustard together. Mix in scallions, ham, cheese and garlic powder.
- With spatula, spread some cream cheese mixture thinly onto each of the 4 squares. Roll squares to resemble jelly rolls.
- Wrap in wax paper and let chill in freezer for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove wax paper and cut rolls into ½ inch sections.
- Move slices onto lightly greased or non-stick cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
