Ingredients:

1 loaf frozen whole wheat bread dough

2 ½ tsp olive oil

2 tbsp cornstarch

2 cups milk

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

3 garlic cloves (minced)

1 tbsp white wine (optional)

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp oregano

2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

1 cup of Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

1 cup Provolone cheese (shredded)

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Roll out dough on floured surface to fit pan and place on oiled pan. Pinch edges of dough all the way around.
  3. Sauté garlic until soft and add the cornstarch, salt, pepper and spices.
  4. Add the milk gradually, with the wine and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Boil for 2 minutes and let it slightly cool.
  6. Brush dough with some olive oil and spread the sauce over dough.
  7. Sprinkle some Mozzarella and Provolone cheese over sauce.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes.
