Ingredients:
1 loaf frozen whole wheat bread dough
2 ½ tsp olive oil
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp white wine (optional)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 cup of Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 cup Provolone cheese (shredded)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Roll out dough on floured surface to fit pan and place on oiled pan. Pinch edges of dough all the way around.
- Sauté garlic until soft and add the cornstarch, salt, pepper and spices.
- Add the milk gradually, with the wine and Parmesan cheese.
- Boil for 2 minutes and let it slightly cool.
- Brush dough with some olive oil and spread the sauce over dough.
- Sprinkle some Mozzarella and Provolone cheese over sauce.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
