Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs ground beef
¾ cup oats
1/3 cup ketchup
¼ cup onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon beef flavored bouillon
Topping:
1 teaspoon beef bouillon
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup ketchup
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In large bowl, combine ground beef, oats, ketchup, onion, egg and bouillon.
- Mix well and shape into loaf.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Mix the ingredients for the topping.
- Pour the topping over the meatloaf and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.
