Ingredients:

½ cup of ketchup

2 tsp of brown sugar

1 tsp of dry mustard

1 lb of ground sausage

1 lb lean ground beef

1 cup of oats (quick cooking)

½ cup of onion (chopped)

1 egg (beaten)

1 tsp of salt

¼ tsp of pepper

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together the ketchup, sugar and mustard and set aside.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and ⅓ cup of ketchup sauce together.
  4. Form meat mix into pan.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. Remove from oven and pour the rest of ketchup sauce over top and bake for 10 minutes.
