Ingredients:
1 ½ lb ground beef
1 can condensed Tomato soup
½ cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg (beaten)
1 small onion (¼ cup finely chopped)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
⅛ tsp pepper
¼ cup water
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together beef, ½ cup e soup, bread crumbs, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
- Firmly pack mixture into baking pan. Bake for 1 hour.
- Heat 2 tbsp of fat in pan, remaining soup and water in saucepan.
- Mix until bubbly. Serve over meatloaf.
