Ingredients:

2 tsp butter

½ large onion

½ cup green pepper (chopped)

1 tsp salt

¾ tsp cayenne pepper

½ tsp thyme

½ tsp pepper

¼ tsp ground cumin

1 lb lean ground beef

1 egg

½ cup fine bread crumbs

½ cup ketchup

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Melt butter over heat and add in the next 7 ingredients.
  3. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add meat, egg, breadcrumbs, ¼ cup of ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce to the vegetable mix and put into loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes and then top with rest of ketchup and bake for another 40 minutes.
