Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs lean ground beef
¼ lb sausage (any favorite)
1 egg
¼ cup ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Sauce:
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce
¼ cup milk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together for meatballs and roll into small balls.
- Place in the baking pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together.
- Put meatballs in skillet or crockpot and simmer for 45 minutes.
