Ingredients:

1 ½ lbs lean ground beef

¼ lb sausage (any favorite)

1 egg

¼ cup ketchup

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp dry mustard

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 garlic clove (minced)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

 

Sauce:

2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Tabasco sauce

¼ cup milk

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together for meatballs and roll into small balls.
  3.  Place in the baking pan.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Mix all the sauce ingredients together.
  6. Put meatballs in skillet or crockpot and simmer for 45 minutes.
