Ingredients:

2 cups corn flakes

2 eggs

⅓ cup milk

½ tsp salt

⅛ tsp pepper

½ lb ground beef

1 cup Cheddar (shredded)

1 cup ketchup

¾ cup water

2 tbsp vinegar

3 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp onion

1 tsp salt

1 tsp celery seed

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Crush corn flakes and add in eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef and cheese to corn flake mix and shape into 1” meatballs.  Place onto pan.
  4. For sauce: Mix together the remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
  5. Bake meatballs for 10 minutes. Pour sauce over and cook for 15 more minutes.
