Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
2 tbsp corn starch
1 egg (beaten)
2 tbsp ginger (fresh and minced)
½ scallion (green onion, minced)
Soy Dipping Sauce:
½ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp scallion (diced)
Sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together chicken, cornstarch, egg, ginger and scallion.
Form the mix into small balls.
Put them on pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Soy Dipping Sauce:
Whisk together soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, scallions, and a pinch of sugar.
