Ingredients:

4 green peppers (small)

Bread crumbs

Butter

Stuffing:

2 cups mashed potatoes

Pepper:

1 tsp grated onion

¼ tsp paprika

¼ cup cream

1 tbsp butter

½ tsp sage

2 egg yolks (beaten)

Salt

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut peppers in half and simmer in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix the stuffing ingredients together and pour the mix into the peppers.
  4. Sprinkle the bread crumbs onto peppers with a dot of butter. Put the peppers into pan.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes
