Ingredients:
2 medium green peppers (cut in ½ and blanched)
1 pack imitation crab meat (8 oz)
4 oz cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 cup diced onions
1 cup skim milk
½ cup couscous
1 egg (beaten)
1 ½ tsp butter (melted)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine crabmeat, cheese and remaining ingredients together.
- Pour the mixture into each pepper and sprinkle the top with cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
