Ingredients:

2 medium green peppers (cut in ½ and blanched)

1 pack imitation crab meat (8 oz)

4 oz cheddar cheese (shredded)

1 cup diced onions

1 cup skim milk

½ cup couscous

1 egg (beaten)

1 ½ tsp butter (melted)

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine crabmeat, cheese and remaining ingredients together.
  3. Pour the mixture into each pepper and sprinkle the top with cheese.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
