Ingredients:

4 large potatoes

¼ cup butter (melted)

⅔ to 1 cup grated sharp cheese

1 tsp paprika (Cajun seasoning will also do)

1 tsp salt

¼ cup fine dry bread crumbs

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Peel and cut potatoes into wedges. Place them on buttered baking pan and pour the butter all over wedges.
  3. Mix together the cheese, paprika or Cajun seasoning, salt and bread crumbs and sprinkle over potatoes.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes, baste frequently.
