4 large potatoes
¼ cup butter (melted)
⅔ to 1 cup grated sharp cheese
1 tsp paprika (Cajun seasoning will also do)
1 tsp salt
¼ cup fine dry bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Peel and cut potatoes into wedges. Place them on buttered baking pan and pour the butter all over wedges.
- Mix together the cheese, paprika or Cajun seasoning, salt and bread crumbs and sprinkle over potatoes.
- Bake for 35 minutes, baste frequently.
