Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients:
1lb asparagus
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Clean and break off ends of asparagus.
Roll asparagus in olive oil to coat each one.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes until they are crisp and tender.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
