Ingredients:

1lb asparagus

Olive oil

Parmesan cheese

 
 
Directions:
  1. Clean and break off ends of asparagus.
  2. Roll asparagus in olive oil to coat each one.
  3. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes until they are crisp and tender.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes.
