Ingredients:

2 packs frozen cut broccoli

2 eggs (beaten)

1 can cheddar cheese soup (condensed)

½ tsp oregano

1 can stewed tomatoes or chunky tomatoes

3 tbsp parmesan cheese

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Boil broccoli in unsalted water just until tender, then drain.
  3. Mix together the cheddar cheese soup and oregano. Stir in stewed tomatoes and boiled broccoli.
  4. Pour into baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
