Ingredients:
2 packs frozen cut broccoli
2 eggs (beaten)
1 can cheddar cheese soup (condensed)
½ tsp oregano
1 can stewed tomatoes or chunky tomatoes
3 tbsp parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Boil broccoli in unsalted water just until tender, then drain.
- Mix together the cheddar cheese soup and oregano. Stir in stewed tomatoes and boiled broccoli.
- Pour into baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
