Ingredients:
2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tablespoons butter, melted
1 ¼ teaspoons seasoned salt
Directions:
- Rinse off pumpkin seeds and pat dry. Put in bowl with Worcestershire sauce, melted butter, and seasoned salt. Coat evenly.
- Spread onto baking sheet.
- Bake at 250° for 1 hour, tossing occasionally, until seeds are dry and golden brown.
