Ingredients:

2 ½ cups flour

¾ cups sugar

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp cinnamon

2 eggs (beaten)

¾ cup milk

⅓ cup margarine (melted)

2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)

1 ½ cups apples (chopped and peeled)

¾ cups chopped nuts

 

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together all dry ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, and margarine.
  4. Add to dry ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour into well greased and floured loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 65 to 70 minutes and then let stand for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
