Ingredients:

½ cup margarine

1 cup white sugar

4 eggs

1 (20oz) can crushed pineapple, drained

5 slices white bread, cubed

 

 

Directions:

  1. In bowl, combine margarine and sugar.  Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  2. Stir in pineapple and bread cubes.
  3. Bake for 60 minutes at 350° in greased 9 x 13 baking pan.
