Ingredients:
1 pound loaf Italian bread, cut in 1in. cubes
1 (16oz) can whole cranberry sauce
3 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced
1 cup golden raisins
1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
2 teaspoons orange zest, grated
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 eggs
½ cup apple cider
½ cup melted butter
Directions:
- Grease a 9 x 13” baking pan and set oven to 350°.
- Mix together all dry ingredients in large bowl.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, cider, and butter together. Pour over bread mixture and combine until moist.
- Pour into baking pan and bake for 60 minutes, until top is browned.
