Ingredients:

2 cups flour

1 cup warm water

1 cup whole wheat flour

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp dry yeast

1 tsp salt

Cornmeal

 

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together the warm water, vegetable oil, yeast and salt.
  3. Beat in the flour and the wheat flour.
  4. Oil a surface for the dough and let rise for 35 to 40 minutes.
  5. Knead dough and cut into 6 pieces. Roll in corneal.
  6. Shape each ball into a muffin and place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
