Ingredients:
½ pound (1/2 loaf) white bread, cubed
1 ½ pounds cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup cooked ham, cubed
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1 pinch salt
Hot pepper sauce, to taste
¼ cup green onion, chopped
Directions:
- Grease a 9x13 baking pan and set oven to 350°.
- Sprinkle half of bread cubes onto bottom of pan. Top with half the ham and cheese and repeat.
- Beat eggs, milk, salt, hot sauce, and green onions together. Pour over bread in pan.
- Place pan on top of rimmed baking sheet and put in oven. Pour water onto baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, until egg is set.
