6 chicken breasts
½ to ¾ cup catalina salad dressing
1 small jar of apricot preserves
1 small package onion soup mix
- Spray a shallow baking pan with non-stick spray.
- Mix dressing, preserves, and soup mix.
- Pour over chicken in pan and cover with foil.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
