Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients:
  1. 2lbs ground beef
  2. 2 eggs ½ cup bread crumbs ½ cup water
  3. Salt, pepper, and garlic salt, to taste
  4. 1 bottle chili sauce
  5. ½ cup grape jelly
  6. Juice of 1 lemon
 
 
Directions:
  1. Combine ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, water, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
  2. Form mixture into small balls.
  3. In a sauce pan, combine chili sauce, grape jelly and lemon juice until jelly melts.
  4. Place meatballs on jelly roll pan or meatball baker and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
  5. Add cooked meatballs to sauce and let simmer.
