Ingredients:

1 cup cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp minced onion
½ tsp pepper
1 pint sour cream
1 tsp salt
2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)
2 lbs hashed brown potatoes
¼ cup melted butter
1 cup corn flake crumbs
 
 
Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together soup, onion, pepper, sour cream, salt and cheddar cheese.
  3. Fold in hashed brown potatoes.
  4. Pour in pan and top with melted butter and corn flake crumbs.
  5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
