Ingredients:
1 cup cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp minced onion
½ tsp pepper
1 pint sour cream
1 tsp salt
2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)
2 lbs hashed brown potatoes
¼ cup melted butter
1 cup corn flake crumbs
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together soup, onion, pepper, sour cream, salt and cheddar cheese.
- Fold in hashed brown potatoes.
- Pour in pan and top with melted butter and corn flake crumbs.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
