Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose self-rising flour, do not sift
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 12oz can/bottle of beer, room temperature
 
 
Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into well-greased loaf pan.
  2. Preheat oven to 350° and set aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Bake 1 hour.
  4. Remove from pan immediately and butter top.
