Ingredients:

8 slices white bread, cubed
¾ package shredded cheddar cheese
1 ½ packages pork sausage, cut in thirds and browned
4 eggs
Dash of salt
¾ tablespoon yellow mustard
1 can mushroom soup
2 ½ cups milk
 
 
Directions:

  1. Combine bread, cheddar cheese and sausage in 9x13” pan.
  2. Mix together eggs, salt, mustard, soup and milk.
  3. Pour over bread mixture in pan.
  4. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
