Ingredients:
1 15oz. can pumpkin
1 ¼ cups eggnog
2/3 cup sugar
1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin-pie spice
¼ teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 9in pie-crust
Whipped topping
Directions:
- In bowl, whisk together pumpkin, eggnog, sugar, pumpkin spice, salt and eggs.
- Pour mixture into pie shell.
- Bake 60 to 65 minutes at 375° until filling starts to puff up around edges.
