Ingredients:

1 unbaked pie crust

36 caramels

¼ cup butter

¼ cup milk

¾ cup sugar

3 eggs

½ teaspoon vanilla

¼ teaspoon salt

1 cup pecans (halved)

 

 

Directions:

  1. Over low heat, combine caramels, butter and milk in saucepan. Stir often until mixture is smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Mix together eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Add in pecans. Pour mixture into crust.
  4. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, until edges of crust are golden.
