Ingredients:
4 apples (cored)
1 cup yogurt (vanilla)
½ cup nuts (chopped, optional)
2 tbsp honey
⅔ to 1 cup oatmeal
Cinnamon mixed with sugar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Core the apples and put in baking pan.
- Mix together the yogurt, honey, nuts, and oatmeal. Pour the mix into the apples.
- Bake for 30 to 45 minutes and sprinkle tops with cinnamon and sugar.
