6 apples (cored, peeled, sliced thinly)
2 cups carrot slices (cooked)
⅓ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp flour
¾ cup orange juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put ½ of apples in baking pan and cover with ½ of the carrots.
Mix together brown sugar, flour, and salt and sprinkle ½ of the mix over carrots.
Repeat step 2 and pour the orange juice over top.
Bake for 45 minutes.
