Ingredients:

3 cups graham flour

½ cup cornmeal

1 cup whole wheat flour

½ cup sugar

1 tsp salt

½ cup molasses

1 egg (beaten)

2 tsp baking soda

1 cup sour milk

2 cups sweet milk

1 cup raisins

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together all e dry ingredients except baking soda.
  3. Dissolve baking soda in sweet and sour milk.
  4.  In another bowl, combine molasses, egg, and milk mixture. Stir in dry ingredients and raisins.
  5. Pour mixture in 1 lb loaf pans and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
