Yields 24 cookies.
Ingredients:
2 (12 oz) bags chocolate kisses
1 cup softened butter
⅓ cup sugar
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup semi –sweet mini chocolate chips
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla into a bowl until well blended.
- Add the flour and combine until smooth. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
- Mold a tablespoon of dough around each chocolate kiss piece. Place on large ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
- If desired, drizzle chocolate topping over them.
