Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

½ cup butter (melted)

1 cup bananas (ripe)

½ tsp almond extract

1 ½ cups flour

½ cup coconut

1 ½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

½ cup walnuts (chopped)

½ cup maraschino cherries

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat the eggs until they become light and frothy. Add the sugar and melted butter.
  3. Stir in mashed banana and almond extract. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix together well.
  4. Pour the batter into greased pan.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
